The association works closely with the Indiana Secretary of State, the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and the Indiana General Assembly to ensure independent dealers receive clear guidance, responsible regulation, and fair laws that allow them to operate professionally and successfully.
